MaraynaIn the position of Team Lead of Verity Customer Support, I use my problem solving skills along with cleverness to be our clients’ biggest advocate. In Customer Support, we go above and beyond to ensure that our customers are more than satisfied with Verity.


What qualities do you think are important to be successful at Verity?


At Verity, it is important to be creative, organized, and curious. Curiosity motivates you to explore beyond finding a solution, creativity allows you to not only problem solve but also improve processes, and organization keeps you in control of the curiosity and creativity.


What about the culture here is most exciting or interesting to you?


Verity’s culture is motivating. The collaboration and continuous learning along with having colleagues that are friends, are all cultural attributes that motivate me to be my best.
